Main technical performance of lead-acid batteries:
CASIL batteries are composed of positive and negative plates, separators, slots, covers, safety valves, return bars, terminals, electrolyte, etc.
The structure adopts a special grid alloy, which has good corrosion resistance and deep cycling performance, and a small self discharge electrode.
The wiring board and terminal connectors are made of materials with excellent conductivity and have anti-corrosion measures.
CASIL battery slots, covers, safety valves, pole sealing agents and other materials have flame retardancy. The float charging operation life at an ambient temperature of 20-25 ℃ should not be less than 10 years.
Except for the safety valve, it can withstand a positive or negative pressure of 50kPa without breaking or opening the adhesive, and the shell has no residual deformation after pressure release.
Discharge with a high current of 30I10 for 1 minute, the pole does not melt, and its appearance is normal.
After being sealed for 90 days, its charge retention capacity shall not be less than 85%.
Has strong overcharge resistance and overcharge life. After continuous charging with a current of 0.3I10 for 160 hours, there was no significant deformation or leakage in the appearance.
